Vue Vision App – Terms of Service

Welcome to Vue Vision, a mobile application owned and operated by Trillion Cells, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using the Vue Vision app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility​

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vue Vision. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Account Registration

• To use certain features, you must create an account.

• You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

• You agree not to share your account with others or use someone else’s account without permission.

3. Services Provided

Vue Vision allows users to:

• Connect with freelancers (“Agents”) for live shopping, tours, and local updates.

• Book and pay for live video sessions.

• Communicate with freelancers via chat, audio, and video.

We do not sell the products shown during streams. Purchases are between you and local businesses.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely within the App.

• A small platform fee is deducted from payments to freelancers.

• Refunds may be issued only if a session was not delivered as agreed.

5. User Responsibilities

When using Vue Vision, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.

• Not record, copy, or misuse video streams without permission.

• Respect freelancers, businesses, and other users.

6. Agents

Agents are independent contractors, not employees of Trillion Cells.
They are solely responsible for the services they provide.

7. Privacy

Your use of Vue Vision is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Instructions are available here.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vue Vision is provided “as is.”
We are not responsible for:

• Technical issues or interruptions.

• The accuracy of information shown by freelancers.

• Any transactions made outside of the App.
