About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Monrovia, Liberia. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communication, demonstrating strong communication skills, assisting executives with administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills to ensure smooth operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Email & Correspondence:
Monitor the CEO’s inbox; draft, prioritize, and respond to routine emails.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to route inquiries appropriately.
Point of Contact:
Act as the CEO’s representative in their absence; make high‑level decisions on administrative matters.
Calendar Management:
Schedule and confirm meetings, video calls, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow‑up action items.
Client & Visitor Coordination:
Arrange appointments and welcome guests.
Ensure meeting spaces and virtual set‑ups are fully prepared.
Communications:
Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and route calls to the right stakeholders.
Social Media Management:
Draft, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook in line with our brand voice.
Monitor engagement and report weekly analytics.
Office Support:
Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships.
Assist with ad‑hoc projects, presentations, and document formatting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably supporting executives.
Proven track record managing complex calendars and coordinating high‑stakes meetings.
Demonstrated experience in social media content creation and scheduling.
Prior exposure to startup environments or fast‑growing technology companies is a plus.
